Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build production-grade LLM-powered agents and workflows, including system design, data pipelines, and deployment strategies.
  • •Develop and optimize prompts, RAG pipelines, agent reasoning patterns, and evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy and performance across model versions.
  • •Implement and manage end-to-end AI systems on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including monitoring, optimization, and incident response.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering and Product to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
  • •Mentor other engineers and help establish best practices for AI development, model governance, and responsible AI.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering, with at least 2 years building LLMs in production.
  • •Strong prompt and context engineering experience, including RAG architectures (chunking, embeddings, retrieval evaluation, and failure diagnosis).
  • •Experience building or extending LLM evaluation frameworks, including scorers and golden datasets.
  • •Strong Python skills in data-heavy environments (e.g., Databricks, Delta tables).
  • •BS or MS in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) and legal eligibility to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.
