Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test benches to verify DFT architectures and design specification coverage.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate test logic and validate it across implementation and post-silicon validation flows.
  • •Drive innovation in hardware DFT and test strategies for emerging silicon device models using reusable methodologies and standards.
  • •Identify DFT challenges, support solution brainstorming, and develop implementation plans.
  • •Mentor junior engineers to meet project timelines and improve test/debug efficiency and product quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in design verification or ASIC design.
  • •Proven experience in test planning based on complex design specifications.
  • •Proficiency debugging using DVE/Verdi tools.
  • •Experience with scripting languages such as Tcl, Python, or Perl.
