Job Summary

Manage external service providers for a site, ensuring performance quality, safety compliance support, document handling (HSE), and follow-up on complaints. Key Responsibilities

•Follow up on external service providers within your scope (company restaurant, cleaning company, vehicle fleet), including planning, prevention plans, follow-up meetings, quality tracking, complaints handling, and document management (HSE).
•Organize and manage regulatory checks related to hygiene and the environment, implement corrective actions, maintain and update tracking indicators, and drive continuous improvement activities.
•Initiate new external service contracts by analyzing needs, writing requirements, and supporting tender or quotation processes; help compare supplier offers and communicate with other departments.
•Manage orders for your scope, including determining site needs (e.g., furniture), identifying suppliers, and obtaining user validation.
•Handle the President’s agenda.
