Key Responsibilities

•Oversee scalable enterprise learning programs to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across functions and workforce segments.
•Partner with HR and senior leaders to align training with business strategy, operational priorities, and workforce needs.
•Assess capability gaps with HR and business/operations leaders and translate them into targeted development solutions.
•Design and deploy impactful programs using tools such as skills assessments, 360 feedback, and diagnostics to drive measurable outcomes.
•Lead and develop a high-performing team while establishing delivery governance, standards, and continuous improvement using data and feedback.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, education, technology, or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination).
•2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership.
•Expert knowledge of training and development principles, including instructional design, performance management, and training evaluation.
•Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking, planning, problem solving, decision making, and complex project management.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including influencing, persuading, and negotiating.
