Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet with clients to understand business processes, technical needs, challenges, and desired outcomes, and translate them into clear requirements.
  • •Analyze how available systems, integrations, and workflows can address client needs and communicate concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Support template-based implementations for connected business systems (CRM, ERP, accounting), from discovery through solution delivery.
  • •Develop understanding of systems, connectors, and data flows, coordinating with internal technical resources when deeper expertise is required.
  • •Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive implementation activities, identify workflow automation opportunities, and support product demonstrations and technical sales conversations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,200 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in business analysis, data analytics, SaaS implementation, solutions consulting, business systems, or a similar analytical, client-facing environment.
  • •Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • •Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).
  • •Exposure to ERP or accounting platforms such as QuickBooks or NetSuite (preferred).
  • •Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, automate tasks, or increase productivity (strongly preferred).
