Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide 1st response to engineering fault conditions in the automated Customer Fulfilment Centre.
  • •Carry out planned maintenance accurately, safely, and on time, ensuring maintenance procedures are followed.
  • •Diagnose equipment breakdowns, resolve issues, and action repairs.
  • •Update records of work activities, tasks completed, parts used, and training delivered.
  • •Work with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal departments to improve process and increase machine reliability and performance.
