  • •Build backend systems or platforms that other engineers depend on, understanding scalability, reliability, and failure modes.
  • •Build, operate, or deeply work with experimentation, A/B testing, feature-management, or progressive-rollout systems in a large engineering environment.
  • •Translate ambiguous technical problems into a technical direction and help move engineers toward an outcome.
  • •Build internal platforms or capabilities and drive adoption with teams that rely on them.
  • •Have strong backend fundamentals, enough familiarity with data/analytics engineering to understand how experimentation data is generated and consumed, and familiarity with experiment concepts like assignment, targeting, variants, metrics, guardrails, and progressive rollout.
