Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and facilitate end-to-end delivery of software features, services, or platforms from discovery through deployment.
  • •Track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues across squads and functions and feed into central logs and steering board packs.
  • •Cultivate autonomous, high-performing teams by promoting delivery practices, facilitating workshops and collaborative planning, and removing impediments.
  • •Provide clear, consistent stakeholder communication on progress, risks, and priorities, including data-driven forecasting support.
  • •Support governance, standards, and compliance by creating steering board presentations and coordinating audits, compliance checks, and release readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in a senior delivery role.
  • •Proven experience delivering complex software products or platforms.
  • •Proven experience delivering complex digital transformation programmes using Agile principles.
  • •Strong understanding of agile, lean, and flow-based delivery practices.
  • •Skilled facilitator with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
