Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic control systems and pneumatically activated systems.
•Replace, rebuild, and repair pneumatic lift cylinders, airline hoses, fittings, and gauges.
•Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and/or rebuild hydraulic motors, pumps, filters, valves, hoses, and hydraulic lift cylinders.
•Handle and repair high-pressure systems and install heater connections, hydraulic oil coolers, and related sensors.
•Maintain a clean work area and complete on-the-job paperwork while following safety procedures and performing other tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting (or graduate of an industrial maintenance training program).

•Ability to replace, rebuild, and repair pneumatic lift cylinders, airline hoses, fittings, and gauges.
•Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems, including reading elementary wiring diagrams and hydraulic schematics.
•Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 70 lbs. and working on your feet for 12 hours.
