Maintenance

Maintain building operations by performing repairs and preventative maintenance, supporting landscaping and minor office equipment troubleshooting, and handling tasks across plumbing, painting, basic carpentry, sanitation, and HVAC. Conduct monthly fire extinguisher and emergency exit light inspections, maintain EHS records using internal systems and Microsoft programs, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve maintenance requests safely and efficiently.
