Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, maintain, and improve safety standards and procedures for production facilities and equipment (including PTW, LOTO, working at height, confined spaces, and electrical safety).
  • •Perform and support safety management and risk assessments for construction, equipment maintenance, and modification work.
  • •Ensure compliance with labor safety laws, relevant construction/equipment regulations, and internal EHS standards.
  • •Investigate accidents and near misses, analyze root causes, and plan and implement recurrence-prevention measures.
  • •Manage contractor and vendor safety through education, field patrols, and safety reviews for equipment introductions, changes, and construction plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • •Experience or knowledge applicable to EHS in areas such as safety management, equipment management, construction, manufacturing, quality, or technical management.
  • •Preferred engineering-related majors (mechanical/electrical/building), safety engineering, or hygiene engineering.
  • •Knowledge of labor safety and hygiene laws, equipment/construction safety, and contractor management.
  • •Experience with risk assessments, on-site safety patrols, and incident investigations (recommended: EHS-related safety certifications and ISO45001 internal auditor).
