Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and features using surveying instruments and techniques.
  • •Determine and mark property boundaries, easements, rights-of-way, and other land divisions to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • •Create maps, charts, and plats from survey data to support land development, construction, and planning.
  • •Provide construction layout services (site grading, building locations, and infrastructure alignments) and establish horizontal and vertical control points.
  • •Collect, compile, and analyze survey data to generate reports and legal documents; conduct quality checks and coordinate with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of land surveying.
  • •Proficiency with land surveying techniques and equipment, including survey computations.

  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
