Group Director & Lead Counsel (Strategic Transactions)

Lead and manage strategic M&A and investment transactions from inception to completion, including NDAs, due diligence, negotiation, and definitive documentation. Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on corporate development opportunities, oversee regulatory compliance, and support seamless legal integration post-acquisition. Manage external counsel relationships, drive playbook/process improvements, and handle post-investment lifecycle activities such as capital calls, distributions, and exits.
