Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • •Minimum 6 years of M&A experience combining Big Law and in-house experience (ideally in the technology sector).
  • •Deep knowledge of M&A and investments transactions and corporate law, with proficiency in securities regulation a plus.
  • •Admission to at least one state bar in good standing.
  • •Exceptional negotiation, drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
