  • •Contribute to formulation, implementation, and delivery of group strategy; translate it into operational business plans and ensure performance monitoring and execution.
  • •Direct and develop ADCB’s Credit Distribution strategy and framework to maximize profitability while managing risk exposures.
  • •Manage credit distribution business activities, including client-focused market competitiveness and coordination with support/delivery channels.
  • •Lead origination, pricing, structuring, risk and investment return analysis, and execution of credit transactions in line with procedures and risk appetite.
  • •Oversee market evaluation, due diligence, and risk monitoring for prospective/live trades, including implementation of appropriate hedging strategies.
