Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in claims or insurance, or an equivalent Zurich apprenticeship/training pathway with 3+ years, or a high school diploma/equivalent with 5+ years in claims or insurance.
  • •Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s).
  • •Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products.
  • •Microsoft Office experience.
  • •Currently hold an active adjuster license (preferred) and demonstrate strong communication skills.
