Provide industry-leading client service in-person and by phone while building and expanding relationships. Use consultative conversations to deliver deposit and credit solutions, refer more complex needs to internal specialists, and support teller cross-training as needed. Meet individual and branch sales targets through prospecting, ongoing sales and product knowledge development, and consistent client engagement, while following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk-management policies.
