Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide authentic guest experiences by meeting customers where they are and offering help and expertise.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older.
  • •Have experience in retail or similar customer-facing environments (a plus).
  • •Be energetic and enthusiastic, excited to share the Cotopaxi story and drive deeper guest connections.
  • •Have strong attention to detail and be highly organized, with strong accountability and self guidance.
  • •Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet; be available for varying hours (at least 2 weekdays and 1 weekend, including the holiday season).
