Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate machinery for palletizing, including palletizers, strapping machines, wrapping machines, and overall product flow.
  • •Package finished product according to customer specifications and apply tier sheets, labels, and packing requirements to pallets.
  • •Perform daily safety and operational checks, operate forklifts safely and efficiently when assigned, and unload/load finished product and incoming materials.
  • •Operate and complete minor adjustments to palletizer, strapper, and shrink wrapper; direct non-conforming parts to the appropriate reprocess area.
  • •Maintain production records, document required checks, communicate production information at shift change, and clean assigned work areas per schedule.
