Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with operations of BREDS AUM and related transactions across REIT, private funds, managed accounts, and insurance vehicles.
  • •Act as primary finance and operations point person for BXMT and select private funds, partnering to execute investment transactions and financing strategies.
  • •Support strategic initiatives to scale finance infrastructure and enable BREDS growth.
  • •Supervise and support servicing and onboarding teams, including training junior members as needed.
  • •Manage credit facilities across vehicles, including funding advances, repayments, compliance reporting, covenant monitoring, and fee calculations.

Key Requirements
