Job Summary

Oversee daily finance and operations for BREDS, supporting new investment and capital markets transactions and managing portfolio cash flows across multiple vehicles. Serve as the primary finance/operations point person for BXMT and select private funds, coordinating with investment and finance teams to execute financing strategies. Supervise onboarding and servicing support, manage credit facility operations, and produce monthly/quarterly portfolio analytics and insights for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with operations of BREDS AUM and related transactions across REIT, private funds, managed accounts, and insurance vehicles.
•Act as primary finance and operations point person for BXMT and select private funds, partnering to execute investment transactions and financing strategies.
•Support strategic initiatives to scale finance infrastructure and enable BREDS growth.
•Supervise and support servicing and onboarding teams, including training junior members as needed.
•Manage credit facilities across vehicles, including funding advances, repayments, compliance reporting, covenant monitoring, and fee calculations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CFA and/or CPA is a plus.

•Ability to execute transactions and lead cross-functional projects in a fast-growing environment.
•Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
•Excellent written and oral communication; proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
