Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver spa treatments and whole spa experience to a high standard, tailoring treatments as needed per Resense training.
  • •Connect and communicate with guests; record preferences and information required.
  • •Follow guest journey handover standards, follow up on treatment experience and satisfaction, and address discrepancies.
  • •Follow scheduled rosters and daily appointment schedules; accurately record daily sales figures.
  • •Maintain treatment area equipment, products, cleanliness, hygiene, and manage professional stock and supplies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in a spa, salon, or luxury hotel environment.
  • •Formal licensing or certification in massage therapy or esthetics.
  • •Deliver and exceed guests’ expectations by following brand standards, procedures, and policies.
  • •Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene according to Resense policy.
  • •Ensure safety of users and equipment and implement and monitor spa Health & Safety and Hygiene legislation.
