Lead the safe, efficient operation of the Oxford Filling and Assembly business, ensuring GMP and OSHA compliance while meeting customer requirements on time. Own the operation’s financial performance, including labor, materials, overhead, and capital planning, and support site cost-reduction objectives. Act as a backup to senior manufacturing and site leadership as needed, while driving people development, process improvements, equipment performance, and cross-functional execution.
