•Develop and articulate the strategic vision for Google Workspace and MS365, aligning with organizational goals and working with compliance teams on FedRAMP compliance.
•Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Google Workspace solutions, including CSE implementation across Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar.
•Automate user and group management tasks across MS365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Lucid within FedRAMP environments.
•Drive the AI-powered collaboration ecosystem roadmap and operational readiness for Gemini for Enterprise and Claude Co-Work, ensuring alignment with security standards.
•Implement and integrate AI platforms with enterprise applications by deploying Google-managed MCP servers and Agent Executor frameworks for secure, high-performance connectivity.

•Experience managing identity and access governance (IAM) in FedRAMP-authorized environments with RBAC and Jump host security protocols.
•Ability to support continuous monitoring and audit readiness cycles to maintain FedRAMP compliance.
