Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform business-as-usual investment operations to support discretionary portfolio management services.
  • •Provide trade support for queries related to corporate actions, payments, fees, fund administration, and reconciliation.
  • •Assist with account transitions (account openings, transfers, in-specie, fund realignments) with internal and external service providers.
  • •Ensure service levels meet fund management requirements and satisfy regulatory and internal audit standards.
  • •Identify and implement process improvements and controls, including oversight and support to external service providers.
