Job Summary

Support manufacturing operations by maintaining capacity model data integrity and using engineering change control to keep models ready. Gather and analyze capacity, cost, and “what-if” scenarios to guide capital investment and operational decisions, including equipment loading studies and run schedule optimization. Collect and validate operational performance data from automation and system logs, translate complex process flows into computer models, and automate data extraction and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain capacity modeling data integrity using engineering change control and communication with tool owners to ensure model readiness.
•Conduct capacity, cost, and operational “what-if” analysis to support capital investment and operational decision-making.
•Perform equipment loading studies and help determine methods for flow linearization and reduction in variation.
•Interface with engineering, manufacturing, and planning to coordinate release of new methods, flows, and processes.
•Collect, validate, and analyze operational performance data (including automation and system logs), and automate data extraction and manufacturing processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research or related engineering degree.
•2+ years’ experience in the Semiconductor industry or advanced manufacturing industry.
•Intermediate proficiency in SQL.
•Intermediate proficiency in data visualization software.
•Ability to perform computer programming/coding techniques to solve engineering problems.
