Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, design, and maintain IAM systems, including day-to-day administration, user account management, and access provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • •Implement IAM policies and procedures using industry best practices while complying with regulatory standards.
  • •Monitor IAM systems and processes to ensure they operate effectively and efficiently.
  • •Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM issues, including incident management and problem resolution.
  • •Manage business roles and role reviews, including segregation of duties matrices, documentation, and collaboration for application onboarding.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in IAM systems covering user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and identity governance, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP with SSO and MFA.
  • •Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping, or Azure AD, and working experience with Active Directory, CyberArk PIM, and/or ServiceNow (a plus).
  • •Cloud IAM experience designing and implementing IAM solutions for cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • •Strong understanding of IAM security concepts and access control, including threat management and security operations.
  • •Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPPA, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001, plus frameworks like COBIT.
