Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up frameworks and mechanisms to support organizational units in receiving, tracking, and analyzing procurement requirements; prioritize according to strategic plans and approved budgets; identify and select suppliers.
  • •Manage the bid process by preparing tender documents and ensuring publication/distribution to eligible suppliers.
  • •Ensure proper stamping/approval of bid documents and convene bid committee meetings to open bids.
  • •Prepare supplier evaluation reports and bid analysis reports with management recommendations for best bidders, providing necessary supporting evidence.
  • •Coordinate meetings with bidders or compliant suppliers to clarify contracting terms and finalize agreements for the Authority’s development programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • •Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • •8-10 years of experience in procurement/contracts or related field
  • •UAE National
  • •Ability to lead procurement processes, bid management, contract review and negotiations with suppliers
