Lead daily retail operations and support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help achieve sales goals by tracking KPIs. Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, stockroom operations, inventory integrity, and visual merchandising standards. Partner with Store and Assistant Store Managers to maximize profitability and foster an inclusive store culture while upholding safety and company policies.
