Job Summary

Oversee design review, coordination, and implementation of ELV/ICT systems across the infrastructure package, ensuring contractor work meets project specifications, client requirements, and international standards. Review and approve ELV/ICT drawings, shop drawings, submittals, and method statements, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless integration with civil, MEP, and architectural works. Monitor site activities, manage inspections/NCRs, resolve technical issues, and support testing, commissioning, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee design review, coordination, and implementation of ELV/ICT systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, structured cabling, public address, BMS integration, data networks) across the infrastructure package.
•Ensure contractor work complies with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
•Review and approve ELV/ICT design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
•Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration of ELV/ICT systems with civil, MEP, and architectural works.
•Monitor site activities, conduct inspections, raise NCRs, resolve technical issues/RFIs/design conflicts, and support testing, commissioning, and handover.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
•15+ years of experience in ELV/ICT engineering, including at least 5 years in the Middle East.
•Strong background delivering infrastructure projects such as roads, tunnels, bridges, utilities, or smart city projects.
•In-depth knowledge of international codes and standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, NFPA, IEC, etc.).
•Experience reviewing contractor designs and ensuring ELV/ICT compliance in PMC/consultancy roles (preferred).
