Own inventory performance and stock investment strategies for assigned retail clusters, serving as the strategic link between commercial ambitions and inventory outcomes. Build inventory frameworks balancing customer demand, profitability, and working capital efficiency. Monitor inventory risks, drive rebalancing strategies to improve availability and support end-of-season objectives, track inventory KPIs, and partner across Merchandising, Allocation, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning to drive data-led decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Own inventory performance and stock investment strategies across assigned retail clusters.
•Develop inventory frameworks balancing customer demand, commercial performance, and working capital efficiency.
•Monitor inventory risks and proactively address low stock, excess inventory, and supply constraints.
•Drive inventory rebalancing strategies to maximize stock utilization, improve availability, and support End-of-Season Sale objectives.
•Establish and track inventory KPIs (stock health, forecast accuracy, sell-through, availability) and support allocation/scarcity management decisions.

Key Requirements

•1-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Allocation, Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, or a related field.
•Experience in retail products, inventory, or commercial planning environments.
•Strong Excel skills working with large datasets.
•Experience using Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools.
•Confidence presenting insights and leading discussions with stakeholders.
