  • •Resolve complex technical challenges across business lines, improving efficiency and quality through technical innovation.
  • •Design and optimize high-concurrency distributed system architectures and explore AI applications for capacity planning, performance bottleneck analysis, and anomaly detection.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in Go or Java with deep high-concurrency system design and optimization experience.
  • •Hands-on distributed services and distributed storage experience, including microservice architecture design.
  • •Strong system-level knowledge of Linux and middleware such as etcd, Nacos, and Kafka; expert in gRPC and performance tuning.
  • •Experience using profiling tools, Arthas, and Linux command-line utilities for analysis and troubleshooting.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years of relevant backend development experience, plus strong communication and collaboration skills.
