Job Summary

Own the Buildings + Places marketing plan across ANZ, aligning strategy and budget ownership with ROI reporting. Translate technical expertise into client-focused content and campaigns in partnership with Communications and Creative teams. Plan targeted client events and major industry conference presence, and support pursuit strategy through workshops, win themes, and pre-positioning. Advise senior leaders and collaborate with Client Account Managers, partnerships, and award submissions across the regional marketing network.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and deliver the Buildings + Places marketing plan across ANZ with budget ownership and ROI reporting.

•Shape pursuit strategies by facilitating workshops, defining win themes, and leading pre-positioning activities.

•Experience supporting bids and pursuits, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering under pressure.
•Degree qualified in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
