Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and run growth experiments to increase lead generation across channels; test hypotheses, measure results, and report findings.
  • •Architect end-to-end growth systems to make growth repeatable and manage the handoff from marketing to sales to customer success.
  • •Set up and manage tools, automations, and analytics infrastructure powering the growth engine.
  • •Operate with high autonomy; take ownership of results and expand scope as the company grows.
  • •Be AI-native; use AI tools regularly and provide product feedback to the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 160,000 annually
