Growth Engineer responsible for owning and scaling AthenaHQ’s growth engine, designing end-to-end growth systems, running experiments, and driving a repeatable, AI-native revenue pipeline alongside the CEO and founding team.

Job Function: Marketing & Growth

Key Responsibilities

•Design and run growth experiments to increase lead generation across channels; test hypotheses, measure results, and report findings.
•Architect end-to-end growth systems to make growth repeatable and manage the handoff from marketing to sales to customer success.
•Set up and manage tools, automations, and analytics infrastructure powering the growth engine.
•Operate with high autonomy; take ownership of results and expand scope as the company grows.
•Be AI-native; use AI tools regularly and provide product feedback to the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 160,000 annually

•Strong critical thinking; able to form hypotheses about markets and channels not following playbooks.
•Systems-oriented mindset; think in loops, leverage, and compounding rather than one-off campaigns.
