Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and assets.
  • •Manage and fulfill customer orders in a warehouse environment with attention to accuracy and issue resolution; ensure smooth Dasher pickups.
  • •Guide Operations Associates through shifts, ensuring safety, productivity, and serving as the escalation point for daily operations.
  • •Support operations in both warehouse and kitchen; assist with day-to-day tasks and lead by example to maintain a positive and safe atmosphere.
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience, helping optimize operations across site duties.

Key Requirements
