Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee regional and project cost control functions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all projects.
  • •Direct development and maintenance of cost control systems and tools, including cost reports, forecasts, trend analysis, and change management procedures.
  • •Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and financial teams to monitor and validate cost data, identify variances, and guide corrective actions.
  • •Review and present monthly and quarterly cost performance reporting to senior leadership, including key indicators such as earned value analysis, cost variances, and trends.
  • •Mentor and manage junior cost control personnel; oversee proposals/estimates/budgets and manage change orders, invoices, and payment applications in line with contractual terms.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of cost control or cost engineering experience in construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related technical field.
  • •Experience developing and constructing hyperscale data centers or similar mission-critical projects.
  • •Advanced proficiency with cost management software/tools (SAP and Microsoft Excel) and cost forecasting/variance/change management and project financial reporting.
  • •Strong ability to interpret complex financial data, manage large-scale project budgets, and resolve cost discrepancies while communicating clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
