Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for IT Run portfolios, including multi-year CAPEX and OPEX projections.
  • •Coordinate budget submissions with Allianz Technology, local IT teams, and Finance stakeholders.
  • •Monitor budget utilization and perform variance analysis, recommending corrective actions when variances occur.
  • •Analyze IT spending across applications, infrastructure, licenses, vendors, projects, and shared services; develop KPIs and executive-ready dashboards.
  • •Ensure compliance with Allianz Group IT Taxonomy and financial reporting standards while driving cost transparency, benefit realization, and IT cost-saving initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in controlling, finance, IT, operations, or consulting, preferably in financial services.
  • •Strong academic background in IT, economics, finance, or business administration.
  • •Advanced expertise in financial controlling, planning, budgeting, and operational steering.
  • •Good understanding of the insurance industry, IT landscapes, and large-scale transformation/implementation programs.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP Integrated Planning, ServiceNow, and Power BI is an advantage.
