Key Responsibilities

•Own demand generation, partnerships, and full cycle sales for HOAs and Property Management Groups in a defined market
•Manage and accelerate pipeline, close deals, and achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced, data-driven sales environment
•Develop and execute territory plans, build prospect lists, and conduct product demos and presentations (in-person or virtual)
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, sales operations) to optimize the sales process and win strategies
•Maintain a high level of customer engagement and problem-solve to align Flock Safety solutions with customer needs

Key Requirements

•1+ years of outbound full-cycle sales with an emphasis on software sales - closing experience
•Prior experience as an SDR/BDR, or experience with sourcing opportunities
•Consistent performance in bookings and pipeline creation
•Experience in executing deals created through both marketing demand and self-sourced opportunities (referrals and cold calling)
•Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results in a defined territory
