Based in New York City or Chicago, you’ll manage Fortune 500 relationships, lead campaigns, shape product roadmaps with client feedback, and mentor teammates to grow Reddit’s pharma advertising revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals.
•Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, both with agencies and directly with Fortune 500 clients to drive year-on-year Reddit revenue growth.
•Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish and deliver insightful optimizations to agency and client partners
•Ongoing management of internal account operations (revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues)
•Mentor and train other team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,100 - 189,200 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management, Pharma client experience preferred
•Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem
•Understanding of Digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners
•Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges
•BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
