Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive process improvements and automation for revenue accounting, including improving monthly/quarterly/annual close quality and internal controls.
  • •Support internal, external, and ad-hoc audit requests for areas of responsibility with supporting documentation.
  • •Assist order-to-cash by reviewing sales orders to ensure proper revenue recognition and compliance.
  • •Review Accounts Receivable aging and support recommendations for allowances and write-offs.
  • •Prepare accounting entries and reconciliations for deferred revenue and unbilled entries, including month-end close review and fluctuation analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Finance or Accounting.
  • •3+ years of relevant revenue accounting experience.
  • •Comprehension of GAAP and other authoritative guidance.
  • •NetSuite (or similar ERP) experience, specifically with an advanced revenue module.
