•Translate deep understanding of the software delivery problem into clear, compelling content for technical audiences.
•Stay current on industry developments (including security and engineering topics) and identify what’s worth engaging with.
•Develop angles and post ideas, then write and refine content across LinkedIn, X, and other external platforms.
•Iterate quickly based on feedback to maintain quality and relevance of the content.
•Partner with executives, engineering, product management, and marketing to ensure Harness’s point of view is grounded in what the team is building.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Technical foundation (engineering degree/CS background or equivalent experience working closely with engineering teams).
•Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and write in short, specific, direct language.
•Comfort going deep on a product to understand how it works, why it’s built that way, and what problems it solves.
•Fast execution with good judgment on iteration and readiness based on feedback.
•Background combining engineering and an MBA, or experience on the analytical/investment side of tech (VC/strategy/research).
