Job Summary

Lead full-funnel integrated creative for Netflix Ads within the Marketing Partnerships Creative team. Direct strategy and execution of creative assets across presentations, video/motion, print, web, email, social, and major activations/events. Build relationships with creative vendors and external agencies, manage and mentor contracted talent, and set quality standards. Partner with Creative Production and cross-functional teams across EMEA to ensure creative is delivered on time, within budget, and aligns to advertising messaging and narratives.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct development of integrated creative assets from concept to execution across presentations, video/motion, print, web, email, social, and activations/events.
•Develop and strengthen relationships with creative vendors and collaborators, and introduce new agency partners to the Netflix Ads brand and workflows.
•Manage and mentor external agencies and contracted art directors, copywriters, designers, and video editors, including setting priorities and providing feedback.
•Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards to ensure creative work meets Ads team and business needs.
•Partner with Creative Production and Operations and collaborate with cross-functional global/regional teams to deliver creative on time and within budget.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in a senior integrated creative role (creative director level) within design, entertainment, advertising, or related industries.
•A strong portfolio spanning multiple industries, with a passion for Ads Marketing and B2B creative impact.
•Experience partnering with external agencies/vendors and cross-functional teams, with strong leadership and management skills.
•Experience working across EMEA markets with a strong understanding of local market dynamics and cultures.
•Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, plus strong communication and storytelling skills.
