Cost Estimator - Data Center Construction

Develop and manage detailed civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) cost estimates for a large-scale, multi-building data center campus program. Own program-level cost plans from concept through detailed design, including quantity takeoffs, cost checks, and milestone updates with clear assumptions and risks. Review contractor pricing, support change evaluation, drive benchmarking and cost modeling, and facilitate value engineering while coordinating with cost management, procurement, and project controls teams.
