Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular identification and quantitative assessment of key financial risks, including insurance, capital, and investment risks.
  • •Enhance and automate financial risk reporting using risk analytics, data science techniques, and AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
  • •Support risk assessment processes and prepare risk management materials using quantitative insights.
  • •Prepare and deliver accurate, timely risk reports, presentations, and information requests for stakeholders and group reporting requirements.
  • •Collaborate with the Risk Management team on ongoing initiatives and help foster continuous improvement in risk management practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualifications in actuarial science, economics, risk management, data science, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • •Experience in analytics, reporting, or risk roles, ideally within insurance or financial services, consulting, or similarly complex organizations.
  • •Exposure to machine learning, predictive analytics, data science, or AI-enabled solutions is advantageous.
  • •Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and data quality issues.
  • •Excellent communication skills and working knowledge of tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, or cloud-based analytics platforms.
