Job Summary

Monitor customer networks and security environments to ensure availability, performance, and security in a 24x7 operation. Perform continuous monitoring of firewall and Azure networking alerts and respond via established operational procedures. Triage and troubleshoot firewall/connectivity/routing/security incidents, manage service tickets within SLAs, document changes and communications, and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor customer network and security environments to ensure availability, performance, and security.
•Perform continuous monitoring of firewall and Azure networking alerts/events and respond according to operational procedures.
•Handle customer incidents, requests, and service tickets within agreed SLAs, including first-level troubleshooting for firewall/connectivity/routing/security issues.
•Maintain documentation of incidents, requests, changes, and customer communications; assist with health checks and operational reporting.
•Escalate unresolved/complex issues to L2/L3 teams with complete diagnostic details and participate in shift-based operations and maintenance windows.

Key Requirements

•3–6 years of experience in Network Security Operations.
•Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama.
•Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls and FortiManager.
•Experience with Remote VPN (Global Protect and Forti-connect) and Microsoft Azure networking (VNets, Subnets, NSGs, route tables, load balancers).
•Experience working with ticketing and monitoring tools; ability to troubleshoot firewall, connectivity, routing, and security incidents.
