•Welcome party guests and provide friendly, professional service to children, parents, and carers throughout each event.
•Set up party areas and food rooms to a high standard, ensuring they are clean, safe, and ready before events begin.
•Serve food and refreshments at appropriate times and support smooth catering operations, including organising key party moments.
•Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation before, during, and after parties.
•Respond promptly to customer feedback and queries, escalating issues when required; support promotion and administration of party bookings and assist with customer invoicing processes.

•Excellent customer service skills and enjoyment of creating positive customer experiences.
•Confident communication with both children and adults, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
•Ability to work independently, use initiative, and stay organised in a busy environment.
•Enjoy working as part of a team and contribute positively to shared goals.
•Understanding of health and safety and maintaining high operational standards; experience with children or customer-facing work would be beneficial.
