Job Summary

Lead strategic HR initiatives that drive enterprise priorities, operational transformation, and HR integration for mergers and acquisitions. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to structure execution plans, govern programs, manage change, track milestones, and measure outcomes. Drive cross-functional process improvements and global HR system enhancements that improve employee and manager experiences while supporting scalable growth. Deliver executive-ready updates on risks, decisions, and progress.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with HR and business stakeholders to assess complex challenges, align cross-functional priorities, and develop scalable recommendations for HR initiatives and M&A integrations.
•Lead planning and execution of HR strategic programs, including governance, project planning, change management, milestone tracking, and outcome measurement.
•Drive cross-functional process improvement initiatives to simplify operations, strengthen controls, and identify automation and system enhancement opportunities.
•Lead global HR system enhancement programs to improve employee and manager experiences while supporting scalable business growth.
•Manage HR integration activities for mergers and acquisitions, overseeing pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, HR systems/policies/processes, and post-close stabilization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 104,230 - 178,680 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience leading global HR programs, strategic initiatives, transformation efforts, and organizational change management.
•Background in HR Centers of Excellence (COE), HR Business Partner (HRBP), HR Shared Services, or enterprise HR operations environments.
•Experience supporting HR mergers and acquisitions integration activities, including pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, post-close execution, and stabilization.
•Strong business acumen to understand business models, organizational structures, and HR environments.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and AI-enabled tools for executive communications and project materials.

Education:Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
