Maintain the reliability, performance, and operational health of enterprise infrastructure platforms through proactive monitoring and 24x7 follow-the-sun incident response. Handle Oracle database operations, Linux administration, and performance/capacity troubleshooting (CPU, memory, storage). Use monitoring tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager to detect alert patterns and automate recurring remediation. Partner with cloud, security, and application teams and follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and maintain enterprise production environments to ensure high availability and operational stability.
•Investigate and resolve infrastructure alerts, incidents, and service degradation events, using root cause analysis and preventative measures.
•Operate and troubleshoot Oracle database environments, including performance issues, alert log events, and tablespace/storage/capacity management.
•Use monitoring tools (including Oracle Enterprise Manager) to manage alerting, identify recurring patterns, and automate remediation where appropriate.
•Collaborate with global operations, cloud, database administrators, and application support teams; follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management; support knowledge sharing and documentation.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure operations, system administration, or platform support.
•Strong experience troubleshooting CPU and memory performance issues on Linux/Unix environments.
•Experience supporting Oracle Database environments, including alert log and performance troubleshooting.
•Knowledge of Oracle tablespace management, database monitoring, and database capacity concerns.
•Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ticketing systems, including work in a 24x7 support model.
