Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate MAS1 wet-side machine and ensure proper functioning.
  • •Operate strapping and wrapping machines and ensure proper functioning.
  • •Operate all equipment related to the machine and perform setup changes and start-up adjustments.
  • •Program equipment in accordance with the requested product, including making and saving product recipes to optimize changeovers.
  • •Follow quality manual, complete quality and production reports, and ensure proper product curing; perform preventive maintenance and clean-up/housekeeping while communicating abnormalities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry operating equipment.
  • •Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (an asset).
  • •Teamwork-oriented and able to react, be precise, and take responsibility.
  • •Must pass a mechanical aptitude test to validate mechanical aptitude.
