Job Summary

Lead the delivery of the organization’s BIM and information management strategy, promoting digital ways of working across projects. Support delivery teams to ensure timely, compliant information model delivery by managing onboarding, training, solution mobilisation, task teams, and progress. Own Information Execution Plans, provide IM direction, oversee quality assurance, manage stakeholder coordination, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, R&D, and BIM standards (including ISO 19650).

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance with BIM standards and contractual obligations while supporting delivery teams.
•Manage onboarding, training, and digital solution mobilisation to enable efficient information delivery.
•Oversee task teams, monitor progress, address delays, and act as an intermediary between stakeholders for execution.
•Drive Information Execution Plans, conduct supply chain assessments, and provide strategic IM direction, reporting, and digital implementation leadership.
•Maintain quality assurance for BIM deliverables, support continuous improvement via lessons learned and R&D, and raise the BIM profile across the organization.

Key Requirements

•Ability to lead and mentor a team of BIM and IM specialists.
•Proven track record leading information management for large infrastructure projects across the full BIM lifecycle from design through handover.
•Proficiency implementing industry standards, including ISO 19650, and understanding local and international BIM regulations.
•Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Forma, and other CDE solutions.
•Minimum three years of relevant working experience, ideally with education in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
