Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with BIM standards and contractual obligations while supporting delivery teams.
  • •Manage onboarding, training, and digital solution mobilisation to enable efficient information delivery.
  • •Oversee task teams, monitor progress, address delays, and act as an intermediary between stakeholders for execution.
  • •Drive Information Execution Plans, conduct supply chain assessments, and provide strategic IM direction, reporting, and digital implementation leadership.
  • •Maintain quality assurance for BIM deliverables, support continuous improvement via lessons learned and R&D, and raise the BIM profile across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to lead and mentor a team of BIM and IM specialists.
  • •Proven track record leading information management for large infrastructure projects across the full BIM lifecycle from design through handover.
  • •Proficiency implementing industry standards, including ISO 19650, and understanding local and international BIM regulations.
  • •Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Forma, and other CDE solutions.
  • •Minimum three years of relevant working experience, ideally with education in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
