Trainer II - Secret Clearance required

Prepare and deliver Mission Command training for Army unit exercises by creating curricula, lectures, and computer-based training aids based on client and user specifications. Plan, coordinate, and execute collective training, identify training or resource gaps, and maintain updated training support packages and a repository of TTPs. Integrate Live, Virtual, Constructive, Gaming and Mission Command (LVCG+MC) and provide over-the-shoulder simulation and integration support across functional areas while meeting certification and recertification requirements.
