Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute a multi-year strategy for the U.S. brokerage business aligned with global brokerage/markets strategy.
  • •Lead major change initiatives, including operating model evolution, governance enhancement, and strengthening the control environment.
  • •Drive sustainable revenue growth opportunities while maintaining disciplined risk and cost management, modernization, and continuous improvement.
  • •Build, lead, and retain a high-caliber leadership team and broader brokerage organization, including succession planning and bench strength.
  • •Ensure full accountability for regulatory standing and partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Audit to address regulatory and audit matters.
