Drive multi-year growth and transformation across operating model, governance, controls, and disciplined risk/cost management. Build and retain senior leadership and bench strength, strengthen institutional client relationships, and represent the brokerage externally with regulators and partners. Partner with global brokerage and markets leadership across EMEA, APAC, and North America to align platforms and client strategies.
